What I want to know is does any one have any idea of how many players their will bein this game. Fe. will it be linited to 7 as in civ or will it be more like 50 or so?Secondly in a number of topics I have seen people talk about their being people all over the place how likely will it be for them to turn in to actual players, and also what powers will they have e.g. will they have a military defence P.S. this is going to be a cool game. |

Hi Kanzid:I think the number will be effectively unlimited (the arrays might be dimensioned to 1000 or so). However how many are practical will depend on your computer Again TBD on the Active Civs vs 'inactive' ones. The 'inactive' ones are those with very little centralization in the government. These will have defense locally and have some chance of uniting into a real civ if you start taking them over. |

Yow! So much for my idea of attitude scales from one civs classes to anothers. I'd never be able to load the game!BTW, Mark, regarding 'inactive' civs, many small civs banded together when threatened by outside forces (human or natural) and later disbanded when the threat passed. Will this be taken into account in 'inactive' mode? |

Theben:Attitude Scales: Ahh, I was wondering... Now it adds up. Inactives: Heck if I know It depends how much diplomatic capabilities we give them. A real decision will probably have to wait on playtesting and timing things out. |
