All, Can anyone here tell me the file I need so I can play without the crazy cd? It drives me nuts when it hansg while access it for no reason. Thanks!! ------------------

I think there's no such file... I guess you're playing MGE, so you have to use the CD... playing FW or lower, the game should also work without the CD... I think TOT even needs the CD for the game, which the former don't.. |

Yeah, there is one little magic file for that. I know you can find it someplace in http://www.eltaranna.com EDIT: just come from there. Guide: Click on Civilization II on the right hand side, then on 'Parches' on the left. That opens a small menu on the left, click on the third item.
