Greetings all,

I have recently re-installed CIV 2 on my computer and attempted to subsequently install FW, but it wouldn't install. I keep getting the following error:
Insinst30
Gen Protection fault in module _INS0433._mp@0015:000039d0

My system is as follows:
AMD K-6(2) 450
128M RAM
Sound Blaster Live
Nvidia RIVA TNT2-64
hp cd-writer 9300 series

If anyone has any solutions or suggestions, I would be most grateful.

Thank you.

A common problem with FW installation. The solution is to use the Close Program menu (Ctrl-Alt-Del) to close everything except Explorer and Systray. Then do the FW install again.

Thank you sir! I can't believe that I have had this game this long and never encountered that problem before. Worked great the first time. Thanks again.
