I finally got 60% coverage. After 10 turns, the gaia controller in available in 0 turns. I think I have a core and satalite in every city. It's 2413 and no science victory! What am I missing?

Yeah I heard about problems with that victory. I think you need an obilisk near every city, or something. I have yet to get past 0 A.D. in that game. It is soooo sloooow.
