It appears that the denizens of the Off Topic forum like to convict everyone new of being a double login. What are my chances of being accused as such?

I'd say your chances of being accused are extremely good. Don't worry, most newcomers are accused of being double logins.

I was never accused of being a DL, but then, by the time I first visited the Off-topic, I had already been here for most of a year, and had made 150 posts.
