I was reading somwhrer and somone had written that civ ver 2.5 something and i was wondering if tehre is a patch out, if there is, could somone please direct me to somwhere i can find it? |

There are patches, but I haven't heard of 2.5 before.Check out the database, you'll find the 2.42 (for Civ II) and the 1.3 (for Civ MP) patches. I'm sure there are more. Carolus |

umm, thanx but that wasnt really helpful, u see there are around a million patches in the database, if u could could u please tell me the name and stuff of the patch, or at least what to search for.thanx ------------------

At the risk of being corrected (I'm away from home at the moment and cannot actually check this out) i think you will find that:
v2.42 is the latest 'standard' Civ2 patch
v2.52 is Civ2 Scenarios Conflicts in Civilizations
v2.7.8 is Civ2 Fantastic Worlds
Hope this helps (by the bye - save games etc from lower numbers can be played on higher, but not vice versa)
