SG(2) just bought it in the UK at £9.99
(not the 'Gold' edition ie no scenarios, but Ultimate CivII v5.3.0f Multiplayer 1-February-1999 Patch2)

I've seen it around the Bay for $30, $20 on a good day. Check out an Office Depot or that type of store. They carry some Civ titles. |

I got v242 from The Future Shop for 10 bucks canadian (what's that now, 2 bucks american?) a couple of months ago. I believe MPG was 25. |
